Shipping Policy

 Shipping Policy - BUY-IN orders & Pre-Orders

When you place your pre-order you will be charged $28 for shipping.

Once your pre-order arrives and is packed and ready, we will get an accurate shipping cost.  If your postage is LESS than $28 you will be refunded the difference.

If you postage is MORE than $28 an invoice for the difference will be emailed to the email address you have entered into the system when you placed your order. (Please check your junk folder incase it is sent there)  Shipping cost is based on the size and weight of your order. Once we have received payment for postage, orders will be shipped within 3 business days.  

Failure to make payment of postage invoice for your BUY-IN/PRE-ORDER within 24hrs will result in your entire order being cancelled and all monies paid for your BUY-IN/PRE-ORDER items forfeited - all our correspondence is submitted via email so please ensure your details are correct.  

 If, at our discretion, we reinstate your order after it has been cancelled due to non payment, we will be unable to honour the BUY-IN price paid on your original order, and you will be charged the regular price of the product/s, therefore owing the difference between the BUY-IN price and the regular price.

 

Shipping Policy - Items in stock

All  orders placed for items in stock will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days during non peak times (5-7 business days during peak times).  Orders are processed in the order we receive them.  Please note that the shipping cost charged to you, the customer, will include the postage cost charged by Australia post & any packaging materials required to package your order.

You will have options for shipping.

Standard or express postage option.  You order will be processed, packed & weighed.  If your postage cost is MORE than the rate paid at checkout, you will be invoiced for the balance.  If your postage cost is LESS than the rate paid at checkout you will be refunded the difference. (Minimum standard postage charge is $13.00/express charge $16.50)

**It is important to note - Express shipping option is the service via Australia Post - it IS NOT the order processing time for us to process and pack your orders.  Your order will be processed and packed in the order it is received.

We cannot combine postage on multiple orders once your order has been placed (ie:  if you place multiple orders, they will be sent separately)

If you have not contacted us for a postage quote prior to placing an order, we will not refund your order if you are not happy with the postage charge (set by Australia Post)

If you place an order with both pre-order & in stock items, your in stock items will be held until the pre-order items arrive, and will be shipped together.

Due to inventory management, once your order has been placed, changes cannot be made to your order. 

Please note that once your order has left us, delivery times are out of our control.

All parcels will be sent with Tracking.  This information will be sent automatically to your email by Australia Post when we lodge your shipping label.

 All orders are insured at no extra charge, for up to $100 with Australia Post.  If you wish to insure your order for more than $100, please contact us to arrange. If your item is damaged during transit, you will need to contact Australia Post directly to lodge a claim.  Full details for claim requirements can be found on the Australia Post website.

We cannot be held responsible for lost/stolen/damaged items.  You will be required to follow this up with Australia Post.

 

****FRAGILE ITEMS****

We are happy to ship fragile items but please note, extra charges will apply for insurance, and we WILL NOT refund/replace damaged items.  You,  the customer, will need to lodge a claim with Australia Post for the damaged item.

PICK-UP

Pick up is from our store location at Shop 1, Koombana Court, 141 Victoria Street, Bunbury.

Please ensure you are aware of our opening times when selecting the pick up option, as your order can only be collected during our opening hours.  Refunds will not be issued if you cannot pickup during our opening hours.
